Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent. ● Age between 22 and 35 years. ● Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software. ● Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and Somali Languages. Experience ● Practical experience ranging from two to six years in the field Required Skills • Proficiency in drafting and preparing 2D and 3D engineering drawings for all structural elements (Front View, Side View, Sections, Isometric Views, and Plans). • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Architectural Revit (or equivalent software). • Proficiency in quantity surveying, quantity take-offs, contract preparation, and preparing payment certificates (progress claims). • Ability to manage construction sites and supervise contractors from an engineering perspective. • Ability t --- About Hargeisa --- Hargeisa is the capital and largest city of Somaliland, serving as the region's main economic and administrative hub.
