Primary purpose of the position: The procurement & Logistics officer supports and delivers all FCA Logistics and procurement needs for project implementations in the Mogadishu office, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with FCA procedures, and timely operational support to program teams and organizational activities. Main tasks: Procurement Planning Support • Support projects in preparing procurement plans in line with FCA procedures and donor requirements. • Assist in reviewing purchase requests to ensure completeness and alignment with approved procurement plans. • Provide basic guidance to program teams on specifications and documentation requirements.
