Request for Proposals: Auditor for “The Access Project” – Kenya

CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V. (CBM) is looking for an experienced Auditor to conduct an audit for a project in Kenya. This project runs from 1st September 2024 to 28th February 2029. This assignment will consist of annual audits and a final audit covering the entire duration of the project. This assignment will be based on consultancy work for approximately 30 days in February 2026. About the Project: The project "The Access Project” aims at improving access to rehabilitation, inclusive education and in-come-generating activities in Embu County, Kenya through a series of interlinked activities. The purpose of this audit would be to express an opinion on the project financial statement, examine whether the projects funds have been used in accordance with the stipulated conditions including examination of adequacy of the internal administrative and financial controls. The Auditor will also prepare management letter on identified deficiencies and areas of weaknesses in the financial systems and provide recommendations on areas of expected improvements For more information, please refer to the Terms of Reference here .
