About the Role We are seeking an exceptional sales professional with over 3 years of experience to drive growth across our diverse product portfolio. The Sales Lead will design and implement innovative sales strategies that expand our reach, deepen customer engagement, and position us for long-term success. You will be part of Market Access team and will report directly to Processing and Export Logistics Manager. This role is base in Sagana and is fully onsite with numerous field visits to the customers. Responsibilities Develop sales strategies that drive portfolio growth and align with long-term organizational goals. Manage, and motivate sales teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement and responsive service. Use sales analytics and performance tracking tools to inform strategy and improve efficiency. Identify and pursue new opportunities, adapting approaches to changing market conditions. Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure sales strategies are integrated and effective. For this role specifically, you will have: 3+years of progressive sales or business development experience in FMCG, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in leading sales strategies and achieving growth targets. The ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action. Proven ability to engage diverse teams and customers. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
